Principal Kassandra McCann leads the Chargers at Leaman Junior High School. She has 15 years of experience in education, including a strong background in instructional leadership. Ms. McCann has served as a math teacher, assistant principal, associate principal, and campus leader throughout her career. Ms. McCann holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Texas–Pan American and a master's degree in educational leadership from Lamar University. She is passionate about supporting teachers, strengthening instructional systems, and continuing the strong traditions of the Purple Track.
