Tryouts will begin approximately January 21st and complete January 24th.

In order to tryout, you must have a current physical and all Rank One forms completed. Physical and Rank One information listed below. Please be sure to eat breakfast, hydrate, and dress for the weather. If you have any questions, email Coach Williams at logan.williams@lcisd.org.

** To participate in track & field tryouts, please click on the link below and fill out the registration form. Our coaching staff needs to plan for an accurate and safe tryout for everyone. Participants will be notified by our coaching staff the specific schedule of events for tryouts.**

REQUIREMENTS: All students will need to complete the following, prior to being cleared for participation:
1. 2024-25 Pre-participation Physical Evaluation signed by a physician
2. ALL required online Rank One forms:
